Per the seller: I have recently had the boat hauled out in Freeport, Grand Bahamas, the boat has been moored there for the past 10 years. I am scheduled to paint the bottom and replace all of the zincs as well as re secure the swim platform. I am waiting until October to do that work. The engines have been run a minimum of 2 times per year and regularly maintained by myself and several certified diesel mechanics as necessary. I just ran the boat on 5/16 when we hauled it out and it ran fine. Regarding the number of hours on the generator, I do not know the answer to that question, I will be happy to check that for you. The boat and the hull most certainly can be inspected out of the water. The engines have not been rebuilt under my ownership (since 2004). We have had some things done during that time including replacing injectors, cleaning various parts, replacing hoses, regular oil changes, replacing fuel and oil filters, and other assorted general maintenance items.. I do have all of the service records during my ownership and they can be made available to your buyers. Photos of the engine room are not available right now because I never took any. I keep it clean and neat with a small toolbox in the companionway and extra oil stored for any emergencies. There are many extra spare parts for the boat that I have inherited and purchased in case they were ever needed. The boat is currently on land in Freeport, Grand Bahama and can be seen anytime with notice.
Mechanically sound and ready for you.
All features are functional with the following exceptions: watermaker has never been used, KVH TracVision has never been used, and the trim tabs have never been used. Owner states that they all will probably work with minimal repair!
